General Shipping Policy
- Parts in stock will always be shipped on the same day if an order is placed before 3:00 P.M. CST on that same business day. Although we will still try our best to get the ordered parts out same day, all orders placed after 3:00 P.M. CST will be shipped out on the following business day.
- All refused shipments will be considered as unauthorized returns and the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the part(s) back to the sender. Please note that refused shipments may take longer to arrive at our warehouse, causing delay in processing your credit.
- Once an order is accepted, there is no guarantee the order may be cancelled. Any order that is not able to be cancelled must be accepted upon delivery and you must request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) for a refund. Please call 866-322-4840, Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. CST.
- PhonePartWorld will only accept shipments to a valid street address. Army Post Office (APO) Diplomatic Post Office (DPO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are also accepted.
- Please confirm the address you provided for shipment is correct. PhonePartWorld will not accept any liability or responsibility for a shipping address that was entered incorrectly including, but not limited to, shipments delivered to an incorrect address, package delay, or costs associated with resending the item to the correct address.
